We're a small team, and we don't much like dense legal pages either — so here's the plain version of how we handle your information at The Girivan Club.

What we collect

When you reach out through our website — the enquiry form, WhatsApp, or a phone call — we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and the best time to reach you. That's it. We're not running tracking pixels in the background or quietly building a profile on you.

Why we collect it

So we can call you back, understand what you're actually looking for, and talk you through the numbers that matter for your situation. That's the whole reason. We don't add you to a marketing list you never asked to join, and we don't hand your details to other companies to use however they like.

How we store it

Your information sits in our own systems, seen only by the people at Girivan Club who need it to speak with you directly. We keep it for as long as it's useful to our conversation with you — once that's done, there's no reason for us to hold onto it either.

Cookies

Our website may use a few basic, standard cookies just to keep pages working the way they should. We don't use them to follow you around the internet or feed data to ad networks.

Your choices

Want your information deleted? Just tell us — message us on WhatsApp or drop us an email and we'll take care of it. No forms, no waiting on hold.
